- Account Changes: Users can change their registered mobile number while retaining their data through the profile settings.
- Account Deletion: Users can delete their accounts if they wish. This action is irreversible and will result in the loss of all associated data including chat history, media files, and team memberships.

- Messaging Services: Users can send and receive text messages, images, videos, documents, location data, and audio messages through WhatsApp Business API integration.
- Team Management: Team members can be added and managed through the application, with different access levels and permissions.
- Quick Replies and Templates: Users can create, manage, and use quick reply templates for efficient communication.
- Media Sharing: Users can share various types of media including images, videos, documents, and location data with proper permissions.
- Real-time Communication: The application uses WebSocket connections for real-time messaging and notifications.
- Push Notifications: Users receive push notifications for new messages and important updates through Firebase Cloud Messaging.

- Account Settings: Users can manage their profile information, change mobile numbers, and update authentication details.
- Notification Settings: Users can customize notification preferences, including sound settings, vibration, and notification types.
